I loved the modern and comfy room! 😍 Just a bit disappointed with the lack of service. it's pretty frustrating asking for breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with a great location near shops.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy rooms and the delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The relaxing pool area and the chance to unwind in the lounge were perfect after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast service could be a bit slow, so plan ahead! 😊

Great location just a short walk from Chacaito metro station. Rooms are modern, clean, and super comfy. I enjoyed the cooked breakfast every morning. The staff were mostly helpful, though not everyone spoke reasonable English. Be prepared, though. I had to exchange money off the premises, which was a bit awkward. One downside was getting USD at a good rate took some convincing. The overall vibe of the hotel felt welcoming, and I appreciated having a free El Nacional newspaper daily. Just watch out for the need for cash. it made things a bit trickier than needed.
